Location: 5 days onsite in Washington, DC
Duration: Contract to Hire

Good Excel experience What You Will Do:
The Senior Systems Engineer will support a growing team to enhance current manual and semi-automated process to a robust case management and data analytics platform. The senior systems engineer will lead the effort to modernize a SharePoint-based CMS environment by developing automations to streamline workflows and provide routine support to workflow, information, knowledge management, in support of cases, reviews, and various program projects. Typical duties include:
Key responsibilities: Modernize the organization’s SharePoint environment by developing automations to streamline workflows.
Provide routine support to workflow, information, knowledge management, in support of cases, reviews, and various program projects.
Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand challenges, requirements, and current processes.
Manage ESI in SharePoint case trackers. Tracking and monitoring progress on projects assigned.
What You Will Need: 6 years of relevant experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Background in data analytics/statistical analysis
Experience with data cleaning/manipulation
A strong understanding of loops and working with functions
Proficiency with MS Excel
Experience with SharePoint pages, lists and libraries
SharePoint admin experience including user group/access management
Experience authoring Power Automate flows
Experience developing Power Apps applications
Experience with Power Query
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
