This position can be based in London, Philadelphia, Raleigh or New Jersey and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Overview: As an Integration Engineer in the Professional Services business unit,you will actively automate data workflows using Power Platform tools (particularly Power Automate, Logic Apps and Azure Data Factory) to integrate various systems (primarily ERP and CRM and occasionally data warehouse) into Litera Foundation 365 products. This role is a guardian of data integrity, establishing governance policies and maintaining thorough technical documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and integration of business-critical applications using Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics
  • Design data models, workflows, and integrations with external systems using APIs and custom connectors
  • Connect and orchestrate data pipelines between on-premises SQL databases and cloud services using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Logics Apps and Power Automate connectors.
  • Validate and monitor automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Build and managing Power Automate flows to automate data movement, transformation, and notifications across systems.
  • Deliver test integrations and data migrations into customer environments, collaborate with consultants and customer resources to manage issue logs and lead issue review meetings with internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout project lifecycles to capture agreed integration processes, rules and architecture.
  • Adapt existing or create new T-SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract and transform legacy data into Litera staging database formats
  • Support go-live activities by ensuring data readiness, flow reliability, and access control.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 5+ years' experience of delivering data integration and API connectivity across multiple business systems (preferably legal software)
  • 3+ years' experience in operating in a client facing role
  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps and Power Automate
  • Understanding of workflow design principles and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, SSIS, Rest API's, Azure Service Bus (and other middleware solutions)
  • Proficiency with integration methodologies and best practices including point to point, API, message queue architectures and canonical models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement through automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English, for cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage multiple projects and projects tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Desirable knowledge and skills

  • Basic programming capabilities in C#, .Net, Javascript and Python
  • Knowledge of MS Fabric, MS Customer Insights
  • Experience working with 3E API, Aderant API, Intapp product API's (Open, Walls etc.)
  • AI products (e.g. Cursor, Claude CoWork)
