Job Title - Power Apps Lead / Senior Power Platform Developer

Location Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Lead / Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 technologies, along with leadership experience managing development teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate.
  • Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security models.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with Azure services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party applications.
  • Implement Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
  • Design reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead Power Platform development initiatives and mentor developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Provide solution architecture recommendations and technical guidance.
  • Drive project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
