Job Summary:

They are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade automation and data solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Implement end-to-end workflow automation to streamline internal operations across IT, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, PSA/ITSM tools, and third-party SaaS applications
• Develop and maintain data models, APIs, and system integrations
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions to support leadership visibility and decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Apply governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform usage across the organization
• Support AI-driven initiatives, including Copilot, AI Builder, and intelligent automation workflows
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions
• Document solutions, standards, and reusable components for broader organizational adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Cloud Flows and/or RPA)
• Experience building and managing data models within Dataverse or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, API integrations)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integration patterns
• Experience with identity and access management concepts (Entra ID / Azure AD)
• Exposure to source control and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
Preferred:
• Experience integrating with PSA or ITSM platforms (e.g., ConnectWise or similar tools)
• Background in workflow automation for finance, billing, or operational systems
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, CMMC) and secure solution design
• Experience implementing governance models for Power Platform environments
• Exposure to AI and automation technologies, including Copilot Studio and AI Builder
• Experience with reporting and analytics automation
• Understanding of enterprise security principles and least-privilege design
• Experience working within a managed services (MSP) environment
