For an organization to transform in today's digital world, it needs to properly collect, store, and organize its data. Effective data management can enable more efficient operations, yielding more growth. As a data analytics professional, you know how to apply your creative‑thinking and analytical mindset to help organizations manage their data assets.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced data architect to deliver leading‑edge solutions for clients, transforming fragmented legacy data into integrated, high‑value assets that power modernization efforts and data‑driven operations. On our information‑focused team, you’ll design data architecture solutions to modernize critical national security systems, enable faster, more accurate decision‑making across complex mission landscapes, and implement required data environments to meet customized client requests for automated data structure and flow.

Technical Focus

Apply best practices and tools such as Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, and approved connectors to architect resilient apps, relational data models, reusable components, and automated flows that integrate SharePoint, SQL, and DoD‑authorized sources.

You Have
  • Experience building solution packaging and Dataverse data models such as tables, relationships, forms, and views, and migrating via managed or unmanaged solutions across development, testing, or production environments
  • Hands‑on development across Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps, including Power Automate cloud flows that connect approved connectors such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Dataverse fundamentals, environment strategy, security roles or teams, solution transfer, dependency management, and ALM pipelines
  • Ability to design secure app architectures with role‑based access and connector governance
  • Ability to implement audit‑ready controls aligned to client policies
  • Ability to package and deploy features via solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot dependency issues and move releases cleanly across environments
  • Ability to write performant data logic in Power Fx, and integrate flows or components for robust user experience
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or a related field
Nice If You Have
  • Experience automating processes and delivering dashboards with Power BI
  • Experience with complementary enterprise tools such as Qlik and Tableau
  • Experience implementing environment governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies
  • Knowledge of licensing tiers, including per‑user or per‑app, and capacity planning for Dataverse DB, file, or log capacity
  • Knowledge of data engineering and analytics concepts, including dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, and BI or reporting
  • Ability to collaborate with analysts or engineers to translate requirements into scalable Dataverse schemas and automation patterns
  • PL‑400 or PL‑200 certification (preferred)
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

Projected annual compensation range: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (USD). Compensation is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and contractual factors.

Benefits Summary

Full‑time employees eligible for health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care. Part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week join the benefit programs with limited coverage.
