What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a post sales engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Post Sales Engineer, you need a solid technical background in engineering or IT, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience with customer support, often supported by a relevant degree or certifications. Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, CRM systems, and industry-specific software platforms is typically required. Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and teamwork skills help you effectively resolve client issues and build lasting relationships.
