Job description

The Sr. Solution Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

This position is a part of our Connected Networks team and will focus on the post-acute space. This role will be located at our World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro). We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with industry, market, and client stakeholders to understand dynamics and how to scope the solution roadmap and business development collateral to address market needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create the solution roadmap across the domain of responsibility in support of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Translate complex client requests and market feedback into a design and requirements across a functional domain with dependencies on other domains.
  • Ensure alignment and accountability of the solution across engineering, professional services, and client experience cross-functional organizations to ensure maximum adoption and reference-ability.
  • Set priorities for development efforts in a solution portfolio based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice of the client, timelines, and client commitments.
  • Work with cross-functional groups to plan and execute the go-to-market plan.
  • Develop, support and communicate strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for solution, market, or segment including third party partnership opportunities.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
