Edelman is seeking an experienced and highly organized Post Producer to join DJE Studios, our in-house creative production team. This full-time role is ideal for a collaborative and detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of post-production experience managing editorial workflows for social, digital, and branded content.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of post-production pipelines, delivery standards, and platform-specific storytelling across today's evolving media landscape. They thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively with both creative and client teams, and are passionate about organization, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and post-production workflows is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
  • Help lead post-production projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication and organization
  • Collaborate closely with editors, designers, animators, producers, and creative teams
  • Support creative problem-solving and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all phases of post-production

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Post Producer for DJE Studios in the Los Angeles office, reporting to the Head of Post Production
  • Act as the primary client contact across 5-10 concurrent projects, depending on scope and complexity
  • Build and manage post-production schedules and editorial timelines
  • Recommend editor and graphics staffing based on creative needs and team strengths
  • Help manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Post Production
  • Oversee all aspects of post-production, including editorial, graphics, music, voiceover, color, and audio mix
  • Manage client reviews, feedback, revisions, and final asset delivery
  • Create graphics and VFX briefs for in-house and freelance designers and animators
  • Partner with editors and designers to ensure creative objectives are achieved
  • Support Senior Post Producers on large-scale campaigns, including note management, review scheduling, and asset organization
  • Coordinate color, mix, and finishing workflows while maintaining ongoing communication with all stakeholders
  • Ensure all contracts, deliverables, and project documentation are completed accurately
  • Initiate music and stock licensing workflows in partnership with production coordinators upon project wrap

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional post-production experience in an agency, studio, production company, or related environment
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows and delivery specifications for digital and social content
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm, collaborative, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated work style
  • Experience with Adobe Suite is a plus
