Description
Responsible for portraying a pleasant and positive attitude to all prospective students and guests of the college. Maintain the efficient operation of the front desk and lobby of the college.
Essential Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests and direct them to the proper department or employee.
  • Assist in greeting all prospective students; have them complete the Career Interview Sheet and direct them to the appropriate Representative.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all guests and employees at the college.
  • Business casual dress and professional appearance required
  • Assist with answering and directing all incoming calls, taking messages
  • Perform data entry where applicable to maintain prospective/ student records.
  • Administer and score college entrances test and inform Representative of the score.
  • Assist with folding and stuffing of large mailings.
  • Receive incoming orders/packages
  • Deliver interoffice mail (if applicable)
  • Prepare outgoing mail, packages, and inter-office mail for post office pick-up.
  • Deliver and sort incoming mail to appropriate personnel, if necessary.
  • Process enrollment paperwork as requested.
  • Assist in obtaining High School Transcripts
  • Participate in college events to greet and check in student participants.
  • Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.
