Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and deliveries in a professional manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are consistently replenished
  • Keeping track of orders and receipts for company purchases
  • Manage kitchen inventory and cleaning supplies
  • Keep office space tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Ensure kitchen and common areas remain clean, stocked, and functional throughout the day
  • Coordinate with vendors for office services, deliveries and maintenance
  • Handle mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
  • Manage UPS account along with package deliveries to the post office
