Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 annually

Join Our Team as a Business Office Manager!

Palm Beach Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the business office while supporting residents, families, employees, and department leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Office.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Administrator's office and all facility departments.

  • Provide administrative support to leadership and department managers.

  • Coordinate meetings and communicate with government agencies, insurance providers, vendors, and third-party payors.

  • Assist residents and families by addressing billing questions and providing outstanding customer service.

  • Oversee reception operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, resident trust funds, and payroll coordination.

  • Assist Human Resources with onboarding, payroll changes, employee records, and personnel documentation.

  • Coordinate Workers' Compensation, FMLA, disability, and other employee leave processes.

  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform weekly business errands, including bank deposits and post office runs.

  • Complete additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.
