Job description


We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and organized leader, capable of driving strategic and operational projects across departments such as IT, Retail, Product, and Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailed project plans and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and external partners to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • Resource Coordination: Identify resource needs, assign responsibilities, and ensure team alignment to meet project goals.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Anticipate project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure resolution to avoid impact on timelines and deliverables.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and performance.
  • Agile or Waterfall Delivery: Lead projects in Agile, Scrum, or traditional Waterfall methodologies based on scope and business needs.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Conduct post-project evaluations to identify learnings and continuously improve project processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience managing projects in a corporate, retail, or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain, or store systems is a plus.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or offshore teams.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 52,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 182,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
