Opportunity
The Starbucks Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and overall profitability of the Starbucks Kiosk.
Key Responsibilites
  • Greet customers promptly and provide helpful, accurate information on products and promotions.
  • Ensure kiosk operations and baristas comply with Ingles and Starbucks policies.
  • Train and coach baristas, including AST-certified associates, to deliver consistently high-quality beverages.
  • Prepare weekly schedules, orders, and reports; maintain accurate inventory and billing records.
  • Implement new Starbucks promotions and procedures, monitor compliance with beverage standards.
  • Respond to voicemails, emails, recalls, and stop-sell notices promptly.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and oversee monthly inventory and department organization.
  • Operate the cash register and answer phones as needed, following company guidelines.
  • Maintain certifications and communicate opportunities, concerns, and achievements to management.
  • Handle damaged products per policy and ensure a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.
  • Adhere to scheduled hours, store rules, and all health and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs especially during times of high volume and/or stress.
  • Must be able to read and do simple math problems.
  • Wants to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years of age or older
