We need someone with hands-on transmission and hydraulic experience who can take a unit fromteardown to final QCwith precision and pride. You'll work with the performance transmissions that define our industry:

  • Automatic:4L80E, 4L60E, 4R70W, 700-R4, 6L80E, 10L90E, 6R80E, 10R80E
  • Manual:Tremec T-56 Magnum, TKO, TKX

This isaftermarket performance building, not basic OEM rebuilding.

Bowler Performance Transmissions is hiring an experienced CNC Programmer to run our 3 & 5-axis HAAS Mills and HAAS lathes. In this role you'll program and operate advanced CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision parts that go into the performance transmissions we ship nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • CNC Programming:Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for 3 & 5-axis HAAS Mills and HAAS lathes using CAD/CAM software, based on engineering drawings and models.
  • Machine Setup:Prepare and set up 3 & 5-axis mills and lathes — tooling installation, alignment, and workpiece fixturing.
  • Quality Assurance:Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure components meet all quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve machining issues to keep production running.
  • Maintenance & Safety:Follow all safety protocols and perform regular machine maintenance.
  • Process Improvement:Identify ways to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and minimize scrap.

Requirements

Bowler Performance Transmissions is looking for a motivated team member to represent our brand on the road. This is a hybrid role — part show rep, part sales, part driver. You'll drive our truck and trailer to 10–12 events per year, set up and run a professional display with our Arrow Awning, and represent Bowler to the customers and shops who keep this industry moving.

When you're not on the road, you'll be handling phone sales and tech support and visiting dealers and shops to build relationships and grow the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Drive truck and trailer to 10–12 events per year
  • Set up, run, and tear down a professional display (Arrow Awning experience required)
  • Represent Bowler with first‑class customer service at every event
  • Handle phone sales and tech support between events
