Must-Have Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT desktop support and/or Point of Sale (POS) support.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows desktop issues and supporting PC hardware and software.
  • Basic understanding of PC networking and POS connectivity.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting POS systems such as Radiant, VeriFone, Fiscal, Passport, or similar solutions.
  • Experience supporting POS environments in the convenience store (c-store) or retail industry.
