JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE OVERVIEW


As a Restaurant Supervisor at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, you will be instrumental in leading our team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Located in the heart of the community, this role is vital for maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence while fostering a welcoming environment for our guests.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and train staff in providing exceptional customer service and culinary excellence.
  • Coordinate shift management to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Implement food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Excellent Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems experience is preferred.
  • Culinary knowledge or experience in fine dining is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrate clear, high-level communication skills to effectively lead teams and enhance guest satisfaction. 
  • Have a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint. 
  • Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.
