Key Shift Supervisor - Full Time
Field of Greens

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Key Shift Supervisor to lead our fast-paced, high-volume Quick Service Restaurant, Field of Greens. In this pivotal role, you will assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations: Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery in a quick service and fast food environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and development to build a motivated and skilled hospitality team.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain top-tier quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels using POS systems like Aloha POS and Toast POS.
  • Cash Management: Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all kitchen and front-of-house areas.
  • Customer Service: Drive customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

  • Proven 2-3 years of management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities.
  • Preference for former employees of Chipotle, Burger Fi, Bolay, or Sweet Greens.
  • This position will be daytime hours from 9 AM - 5 PM. WEEKENDS ARE REQUIRED.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols.
  • Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to train staff effectively in food service procedures and customer service excellence.
  • Background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership in hospitality management, with experience in shift management and kitchen oversight.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and develop staff through training & development initiatives.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.

Schedule
This position will require availability during daytime hours from 9 AM - 5 PM, including weekends.
