The Sr. Analyst, Content Management - Restaurant Technology is responsible for gathering and defining requirements for technology solutions for Popeyes. This role will focus on analyzing, coordinating, and launching various menu, offer, and related technology initiatives across the [brand] system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about leveraging technology to optimize restaurant operations.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

What You'll Do:

Content Strategy and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, Pricing, and Category Management, to align menu content strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the development, execution, and delivery of POS and digital content across all channels for new menu items and promotions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between external POS vendors and internal departments to maintain and update standard menu content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Technology Integration and Deployment:

  • Work closely with technology partners to ensure flawless execution and deployment across multiple channels, including POS and digital platforms.
  • Spearhead the definition and meticulous testing of technology implementations, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership throughout the process.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret menu content data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and meaningful reports to leadership for data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years experience working with POS content and related technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution building, and project execution.
  • Experience managing POS content with a strong understanding of restaurant systems and technology.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights.
  • Knowledge of user experience and interface principles to optimize menu content for better user interaction.
  • Experience working with restaurant technology platforms such as POS, labor scheduling tools, and back-of-house systems.
  • Demonstrated success delivering POS solutions to support restaurant operations.
  • Prior QSR experience is highly preferred.
