ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of the most iconic brands in consumer products. As the Associate Manager, Brand Portfolio & Equity, you will bring brand strategy to life by driving innovation and translating brand positioning into powerful mediatocart execution. This is a highly visible role where your brand expertise directly influences how consumers experience Ziploc-online, instore, and at home. In this role, you'll partner crossfunctionally to build and execute a strong innovation pipeline, align sales and operations planning, and accelerate ecommerce growth. You will turn strategy into action by developing impactful sales and marketing assets that elevate the portfolio and fuel growth. If you thrive at the intersection of brand building, innovation, and commercial execution, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on a beloved consumer brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Operations Planning, Innovation, and Claims Development:

  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning for the Ziploc team, coordinating with peers and leadership to deliver effective monthly business planning and review process.

  • Identify, lead, and deliver best-in-market innovations from concept to launch, rooted in brand strategy, inspired by compelling consumer insights and positioned to win with relevant audiences.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive claims strategy for our sustainability portfolio, including a short- to long-term roadmap of milestones.

  • Take charge of the business by analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen), internal shipment data, market research and other sources to both monitor performance and make actionable business recommendations.

Portfolio Strategy, Media to Cart, Partnerships, and Market Optimization:

  • Lead and execute website overhaul and ongoing updates for the Ziploc brand website based on ongoing and timely priorities for the brand.

  • Lead and execute ratings and review campaigns for our portfolio, with particular focus on our new product launches.

  • Partner with creative agencies to develop ecommerce content that converts shoppers and builds awareness for our broader portfolio.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of marketing experience OR and advanced degree and 3+ years of marketing experience required

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current and future sponsorship

  • Strong interest in CPG industry

  • Working on cross-functional team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full time onsite role in Mt. Pleasant, WI

  • Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees after 90 - day onboarding period

  • This role is eligible for domestic relocation
