Experienced Pool Maintenance Technician

AQUA PEARL POOLS TX LLC

Leander, TX • On-site

$17 - $23/hr

Full-time

Job description

Experienced Pool Service Technician — Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, Round Rock, Pflugerville TX and surrounding areas | $17–$23/hr | W-2 Position Company truck + tools provided. Full-time and part-time shifts available. Done by early afternoon.

This job is for a specific kind of person:
  • Early start, early done — that's your kind of day.
  • You like things done right the first time.
  • You notice things other people miss.
  • You don't need a manager breathing down your neck.
  • Your reputation matters to you.
  • You show up. On time. Every time.
  • Customers remember you for the right reasons.
  • Half-done isn't done.
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
The Schedule
You start early. You finish early. Most days you're done and home by early afternoon while everyone else is still grinding in the worst of the heat.
  • Full-Time: Approx. 35-40 hrs/week (Typically 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
What This Job Actually Looks Like
You'll run a consistent route of residential pools across Leander and the surrounding area — roughly 12 pools per day for full-time techs. At each stop, you do a complete service: skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, test and balance the water chemistry, check the equipment, and log your work. Then you move on.
It's independent work. Nobody's following you around. You have a route, you have a system, and you run it.
Over time, your customers get to know you and will request you. That continuity is part of what makes Aqua Pearl different from the big franchise companies, and it's something the right tech takes pride in.
We provide everything you need to do the job — company truck, all tools, and all chemicals. You pick up the truck at our Leander location each morning and head out. You bring the work ethic; we supply the rest.
You Might Be a Good Fit If:
  • You have at least 2 years experience as a Pool Cleaning Tech with good references.
  • You're comfortable with a brief, professional exchange when a homeowner is around.
  • The Texas heat doesn't scare you… c’mon, it's just Tuesday.
What You Get:
  • $17–$23/hour based on experience (W-2 employment, paid twice a month).
  • Company truck provided for your route (no wear and tear on your personal vehicle).
  • All tools and chemicals provided — you don't buy a thing.
  • Employer-subsidized health benefits available after 90 days (for full-time team members).
  • A predictable, stable route.
  • A company that runs a tight operation and treats you like a professional.
  • Opportunities for career growth, bonuses, and "spiffs."
What We Need From You:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to our Leander location each morning.
  • Ability to manage a route independently and consistently.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in summer heat and able to lift 40 lbs.
