Seeking experienced pool equipment tech to join a highly respected company.
We are looking for a tech that wants to be a part of a team and takes pride in getting the job done right!

This is a full time career, not temporary help.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude!

Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills REQUIRED
An understanding of electrical and plumbing is REQUIRED!!!

Depending on your level of skill and experience, you can expect the 1st 1-3 months you'll be assisting other techs to become familiar with our systems, standards and expectations.

Dickson Brothers is a pool equipment install and repair company NOT a pool cleaning route.
We install and repair automation, heaters, pumps, filters, and all other required and desired pool equipment.

Starting pay is between $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus perks a year depending on experience.

Able to pass a pre-employment background check

Comfortable with working outside in all weather
Good communication skills with customers and company employees

Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds
