Our ideal technician has strong knowledge of pool maintenance and provides excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Responsibilities
โ€ข Skim debris from the water's surface, brush the sides and bottom of the pool, and vacuum dirt and debris from the pool floor
โ€ข Check and balance chemicals in the pool to maintain proper pH levels
โ€ข Inspect pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, and report any issues to the supervisor
โ€ข Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters and cleaning skimmer baskets
โ€ข Review results of water's pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary
โ€ข Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool
Qualifications
โ€ข Candidate must have high school diploma or GED
โ€ข Ability to lift heavy equipments and dexterity are required
โ€ข Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions
