Pool Service Technician ASP - America's Swimming Pool Company | Sarasota/Manatee County, FL
ASP is the nation's premier swimming pool service franchise, with over 15 years of delivering exceptional results for residential and commercial clients. We're growing our local team and looking for dependable, customer-focused people who take pride in their work.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a weekly pool service route, keeping pools clean, balanced, and client-ready
  • Test and adjust water chemistry at each visit
  • Stock and manage chemicals and supplies on your assigned truck
  • Log service records and communicate with the office through our mobile platform
  • Identify equipment issues and relay repair needs to the team

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • A humble, coachable attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn
  • Pride in delivering a great customer experience on every visit

No prior pool experience required - we provide full training in ASP methods. A high school diploma or GED and CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license are a plus.
