Mandatory Requirements

  • Must Be At Least 18 Years of Age
  • Valid FL Driver's License
  • Excellent Driving Record
  • Clean Criminal Background

Job Description

  • Test pool water and add needed chemicals, such as chlorine
  • Empty skimmers and pump baskets
  • Brush and scrub the pool walls, floors, tiles, and steps
  • Skim debris off pool surface
  • Add water to swimming pool as needed
  • Backwash pool filters as needed
  • Inspect pool equipment and report problems to office
  • Maintain service log and leave service slips for homeowners
  • Safely Drive and Maintain Company Vehicle
  • Work Possible Overtime and some Saturdays

Knowledge and Abilities

  • NO Experience Required, but it is PREFERRED!
  • Speak & Understand Basic English (Se Habla Español)
  • Work independently and time manage
  • Be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75lbs
  • Be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Maintain positive attitude and good communication with coworkers

Required Education:

  • High school or equivalent
