Job description

We are hiring an Experienced Pool Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in pool cleaning, pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and troubleshooting. The right candidate will be dependable, professional, and able to manage a service route while delivering quality work to our customers.

Duties

  • Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and netting debris to maintain pristine water clarity.
  • Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure proper chemical balance and sanitation standards.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and circulation equipment to identify issues early.
  • Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, repairs, and system inspections for quality assurance.
  • Assist with water testing procedures to monitor pH levels, chlorine levels, and other chemical parameters.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping and system inspections.
  • Support overall pool maintenance activities to uphold safety standards and extend equipment lifespan.


Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
  • Proven experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance roles with hands-on familiarity with pool cleaning and water treatment processes strongly preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, and circulation equipment.

  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, standing, and working outdoors in various Florida weather conditions.
