We offer employment during our "pool season" that stretches from March to November, although some of our clients do require year-round services. Pool Scouts is looking for a full-time, year-round pool service technician with a natural work ethic, and a positive attitude. Pervious experience working around pools is preferred, but not required. Regular duties include; vacuuming pool floor, skimming surface, brushing down pool walls and floor, testing and balancing water chemistry, assessing pool equipment, and preforming minor maintenance and repairs. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, and provide high face-to-face customer service.
- Possess a willingness and ability to obtain a Certified Pool Technician or Operator license if you do not currently have one.
- Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday with some potential overtime work.
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license in order to operate our company vehicles so this is non-optional).
- Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Previous experience working around pools professionally is preferred, but not required.
