Job Overview

Beltway Pools is seeking experienced Pool Service Technicians to join our growing Field Operations team. This is not a standard โ€œpool cleaningโ€ role โ€” we are looking for skilled professionals with proven experience in pool service, repair, and equipment diagnostics. You will work on high-end residential pools throughout the DMV area, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment upgrades with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
  • Perform advanced pool service, repair, and equipment diagnostics on residential pools
  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and plumbing components
  • Conduct seasonal openings and closings
  • Identify and communicate repair recommendations to management and customers
  • Ensure proper water chemistry balancing and system optimization
  • Utilize smartphone applications for job tracking, documentation, and communication
  • Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site
  • Follow all company safety protocols and industry best practices
  • Provide professional, courteous communication with clients
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members when required
  • Participate in Saturday service during peak season (March 15 โ€“ October 15)


Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years verifiable experience as a pool service/repair technician (pool cleaning alone does not qualify)
  • Strong hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing pool equipment systems
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record (must be insurable)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Reside within 25 miles of 7964 Conell Ct., Lorton, VA 22079
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Stable employment history
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for work documentation and communication
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
