Job description

Innovative Spas is Virginia Beach’s premier pool and spa store that provides each customer with the best service and experience possible. Our 38-year-old company is a pool and spa company with a retail location that is second to none. Innovative Spas has received Virginia Beach’s best of competition since 2011. We provide every maintenance available for pools and spas. Our technicians travel to the customers home for all maintenance in a company provided vehicle.

What Our Technicians Do

· Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed.

· Vacuum, skim, empty baskets

· Blow off the pool deck.

· Repairs on pools and spas

· Perform minor electrical.

· Plumbing repairs

· Maintain customer pool records and service reports.

· Order Parts

· Offer best-in-class customer service.

· Work on pumps, filters, light duty maintenance

Job Requirements

· Positive attitude and initiative

· Valid Driver’s License with an impeccable driving record

· Some electrical knowledge

· High School Diploma or higher

· Follow our proven process during all service calls.

· Heavy lifting

· Confident, professional, friendly, and excellent customer service skills

· Detail oriented with work and communication.

· Ability to work in outside conditions.
