WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING!

Maui’s top premiere Pool and Spa company, Ohana Pool and Spa is looking for a driven, dedicated, and reliable maintenance technician to join our Ohana. We are a family-owned and operated business, here on the island for more than 20 years! If you like working outdoors and near the water, this is the perfect job for you! Previous experience in the pool industry is beneficial but not required. Must be self-driven and able to work on your own as you will be managing your own daily route. This position includes its own career path to move towards repairs and remodels.

Tasks include managing a daily route(s), brushing, vacuuming, water chemical balancing, monitoring pool equipment, and reporting any issues to your supervisor.

Other tasks include:



  • Testing swimming pool water pH, and chlorine levels.
  • Adding acid, chlorine, and other chemicals to correct pH levels.
  • Cleaning the swimming pool using authorized equipment.
  • Completing paperwork and reporting service requirements to management.

Requirements Include:

  • Previous experience as a pool technician is a benefit, but not necessary
  • Must be willing to learn and be trainable for the task at hand
  • Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods
  • Extensive knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties
  • Ability to lift heavy 50lbs or more
  • Professional appearance
  • Clean driving record
