SwimMetro Management is a full service pool management company specialized in providing seasonal lifeguard staff to community pools during the summer. We are currently hiring Pool Managers for the upcoming swim season for pools located in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen and Chester. The professionalism, maturity, and commitment level of each staff member is critical to our success.

We are looking for responsible, dependable, hardworking individuals to fill these positions. Responsibilities: Effectively monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary. Examine injured persons and administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, if necessary, using training, medical supplies and equipment. Contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.

Rescue distressed persons, using American Red Cross rescue techniques and equipment. Maintain quality of pool water by testing chemical levels and performing regular maintenance to the pool and pool filtration system. Maintain sanitary conditions of all other facilities within the pool area including bathrooms and pool deck.

Recruit, train, schedule and supervise lifeguard staff to ensure a safe and clean swimming environment. Perform other work as assigned by management or supervisors to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the pool facility. .
