Pool Scouts of Virginia Beach and Norfolk is looking to hire motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Service Technicians. No experience is required. We'll train you to service our customers' swimming pools if you're trustworthy and reliable. Part-time and full-time positions are available with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour!
Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is "Perfect Pools, Scout's Honor." We're professionalizing the industry and providing our customers with high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services! Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, and verify pool equipment is 100% functional.

What Our Technicians Do
  • Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum & skim the pool
  • Ensure a clean pool deck

Job Requirements

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined is helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
