Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Liner Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality pool liners, ensuring a seamless fit and finish that meets industry standards and customer expectations. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional pools that bring joy to homeowners and commercial clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of construction skills, and contribute to creating lasting outdoor experiences.

Duties

  • Measure and prepare pool areas for liner installation, ensuring precise fit and alignment according to blueprints and schematics
  • Remove old liners carefully, inspecting the pool structure for any damage or repairs needed before installation
  • Install new pool liners using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper sealing, caulking, and trimming for a watertight fit
  • Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of installation phases
  • Perform surface preparation including concrete forming, plastering, or masonry work as needed for pool base readiness
  • Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to verify adherence to safety standards and client specifications
  • Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool or similar liner installations preferred
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to pool construction projects
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation techniques
  • Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination
  • Skills in plumbing, electrical systems, concrete finishing, masonry, or remodeling are advantageous
