Douglas Aquatics is a leading pool builder in the Richmond area, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our construction division. If you have experience with shotcrete pools, tile & coping, plumbing, excavation, or concrete, we want to talk to you!


Open Positions:

  • Pool Laborers- No experience required, willing to train
  • Steel & Rebar Installers
  • Tile & Coping Masons
  • Shotcrete Crew Members
  • Plumbing & Equipment Installers
  • Foreman/Site Supervisor (must have experience)
