Ideal Candidate:

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English
  • Basic usage and understanding of construction-type tools: hammers, drills, saw, jackhammers, wheel barrels, shovels, sump pumps, air compressors, etc.
  • Loves to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Hard-working, self-motivated & detail oriented.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal oversight & guidance.
  • Willing to embrace change in this fast-paced, ever-growing industry.

Daily Responsibilities (varies, but general, outdoor swimming pool construction tasks):

  • Tile, coping & paver deck installation (and demo)
  • Plaster preparation/pool clean-out.
  • Job-site clean-up & debris removal
  • Small equipment operation (saw, jackhammer, etc.)
  • Landscape lighting installation
  • Some digging/trenching
  • Utilize all required personal protective equipment.
  • Ensures that all installation work is performed in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensures that all equipment is operated safely, & all maintenance procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Reliable smartphone and transportation to and from work.
  • Able to work long hours in different types of weather.
  • Good time management: punctual and dependable.
  • Clean and professional appearance.
  • High school diploma is preferred.
