Pool Construction & Renovation Technician
Location: Edmond, Norman, OKC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)

The ideal person for this position loves working outdoors and takes pride in hands-on work. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, works well independently, and operates with integrity while delivering true "resort-quality service."
You will work directly with our Construction Manager to complete projects on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Construction & Renovation Work
  • Manage a daily work schedule and assigned project tasks
  • Assist with pool renovations including plaster, tile, decking, and paver work
  • Perform basic electrical work (110v and 220v equipment)
  • Maintain and manage inventory on your company truck
  • Properly utilize and replenish tools and materials as needed
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • High school diploma preferred

Experience is not required. We will train you in ASP methods designed to deliver superior customer value and help maximize your earning potential. Experience with pool renovations such as replastering (QuartzScape, PebbleTec), tile work, deck coatings, or pavers is a plus but not required.
