About the role:

The Sales Rep is responsible for providing estimates, and guiding customers through the pool renovation process from initial contact to project handoff within a given geographic territory. The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. This role builds relationships with customers and meets or exceeds sales targets.

What you'll do:
  • Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain services (remodels, plaster, tile, coping, etc.)
  • Build rapport with clients and provide excellent service throughout the sales cycle
  • Close deals and coordinate smooth handoff to operations team for scheduling and execution
  • Maintain updated records of sales activities in CRM or tracking software and sales forecasts.
  • Stay up-to-date with products, finishes, materials, and pricing trends
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for: Qualifications:

To effectively perform the duties for this position, individuals must be able to demonstrate competencies that are essential to the position, which include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in Business to consumer sales (construction, home improvement, pool industry sales experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read basic construction plans or learn quickly
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Comfortable using tablets, estimating tools, and CRM systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and follow-through
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Ability to walk job sites, measure pools, and climb in/out of pool shells or backyards
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Stand and drive for long periods
  • Occasionally lift presentation materials or samples (up to 30 lbs)
