Job Description:

Job Summary

Assist with scheduling SU facilities and assisting clients with their events.

Authority and Accountability

Reports to Director of Conference Planning with no direct reports.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level of customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event management experience
  • EMS Software experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Job Information:

The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.
