We’re seeking a talented Political Data Analyst to turn raw campaign data into actionable insights that drive engagement and results. In today’s fast-evolving political environment, campaigns need more than just numbers they need strategy. You’ll apply innovative analytics and predictive modeling to help craft targeted outreach and optimize campaign resources. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data strategies to support campaign objectives, including voter outreach and fundraising.
• Manage, clean, and enhance voter files, campaign databases, and data infrastructure.
• Analyze polling, demographic, and behavioral data to inform targeting and messaging.
• Build predictive models and dashboards for campaign performance and resource allocation.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to campaign leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with field, digital, communications, and fundraising teams to integrate data insights.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and support staff on data tools and best practices.

Required

• 5-6 years of experience in political data management, analytics, or campaign technology.
• Proven expertise in managing voter files, databases, and predictive models for political campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with campaign data tools (e.g., VAN/Votebuilder, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization platforms).
• Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of campaign operations, compliance, and digital campaigning.
• Willingness to work extended or unusual hours as required by the campaign cycle.
