Job description


Responsible for the successful execution of property poker tournaments, Supervises the Poker operation of assigned area, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal controls and departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for providing flawless customer service, passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary.
$25 per hour.
Responsibilities
Oversees the operations of assigned Poker area, ensuring compliance with government and company regulations, internal controls and departmental policies and procedures. Ensures proper procedure is used by all dealers under supervision. Verifies all gaming table transactions in supervised area. Maintains awareness of activity on games in area of supervision; settles disputes that may arise, escalating issues when appropriate. Verifies issuance of credit after completion of all authorization procedures. Motivates dealers to provide superior customer service while also taking responsibility for following dealing procedures and keeping proper game pace. Directly responsible for customer service objectives. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Caesars multi-casino Bad Beat system. Gives consistent, polite, timely, and accurate information and service to all guests; taking the initiative to find the answer when unsure.
Qualifications
Excellent supervisor, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Must present well-groomed professional appearance. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
