We are looking for a hands-on technician to help maintain equipment and support smooth operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Schedule: Onsite

What You'll Do:
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures occur
• Complete routine servicing such as lubrication and part replacement
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Document maintenance activities and update system records
• Monitor equipment performance and report concerns
• Support maintenance inventory and tool organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work with operations teams to minimize downtime
What You'll Bring:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of maintenance or technician experience preferred
• Technical training (mechanical, HVAC, electrical) is a plus
