Job description

Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.

The Podcast Producer/Editor will play a critical role in bringing Stand Together’s mission to life by shaping the stories that inspire action through the Army of Normal Folks podcast. As an Editor on our Activations team, which drives audience engagement and mobilization through compelling content and experiences, you will own the podcast editing process, clip production, and posting these assets on social media. About Army of Normal Folks Podcast:

Populace research found that only 33% are contributing to their community at the level that they’d like to. This massive gap between wanting to help and feeling equipped to help is what Army of Normal Folks, sponsored by Stand Together, seeks to close. The movement and podcast were built on a simple belief: Our country’s biggest problems won’t be solved by fancy people in DC, but by An Army of Normal Folks simply doing what we can. The Army of Normal Folks platform exists to inspire, equip, and mobilize millions of individuals to take action to transform our communities and ultimately the country. It’s led by Coach Bill Courtney, the subject of the Oscar-winning film Undefeated.
