We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of
Salesforce Agentforce for customer service operations on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate
will bring a strong blend of project leadership and deep technical expertise in Service Cloud and Agentforce,
ensuring successful delivery aligned with business outcomes and strategic objectives
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery)
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects
• Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
