Under the supervision of the Product Marketing Director, and the task direction of the Regional Project Management Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within Systemair NA. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing strategic direction, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes. You will collaborate with various project managers and internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of project management strategies, improvements, and methodologies.
  • Assist with establishing project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Monitor project performance and enforce adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate, motivate, and inspire internal stakeholders to meet project deliverables.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize project efficiency and productivity by identifying and addressing resource constraints and bottlenecks.
  • Support the development of risk management strategies and contingency plans to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement


Skills, Education, and/or Experience:

  • Education in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on leading complex projects and teams.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, software, systems, and tools.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 required.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


Job Conditions:

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and looking at a computer.
  • Light physical effort – able to lift up to 20lbs at times.

Work Environment:

  • Factory, Warehouse, Distribution Center, Office.
  • May be exposed to loud, repetitive sounds from machinery or equipment while visiting factories.
