Missions

Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses activites de gestion de la performance, Expleo recherche un(e) PMO Financier afin de soutenir les activites de facturation interne, le suivi financier, le reporting ainsi que les initiatives de pilotage de la performance. Le poste contribue egalement aux projets de tableaux de bord et de Business Intelligence en collaboration avec les equipes locales et Groupe.

Principales responsabilites
  • Gerer et suivre les activites de facturation interne.
  • Garantir la coherence des donnees financieres et operationnelles.
  • Participer aux revues financieres mensuelles et au suivi des KPI.
  • Contribuer a l'analyse des budgets, previsions et realisations.
  • Preparer et maintenir les rapports financiers et operationnels.
  • Developper et ameliorer les tableaux de bord et les outils de suivi de la performance.
  • Soutenir les initiatives de suivi de la productivite (financiere et technique).
  • Participer aux projets de digitalisation et de Business Intelligence.
Profil recherche
  • Jeune diplome(e) ou premiere experience professionnelle acceptee.
  • Diplome de niveau Master en Controle de gestion, Finance, Genie industriel, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics ou domaine connexe.
QualificationsCompetences techniques
  • Maitrise avancee d'Excel (Tableaux croises dynamiques, Power Query, formules avancees).
  • Solides capacites analytiques et de gestion des donnees.
  • La connaissance de Power BI est fortement souhaitee.
  • Des connaissances en SQL, VBA ou Python sont un plus.
