Payrate: $25.00 - $30.00
Position Overview
KeyStaff is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Office Manager to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across administrative and field teams. This role is critical in maintaining organization, communication, and coordination within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage employee schedules and coordinate daily operations
  2. Maintain and organize permits, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
  3. Assist with payroll processing and time tracking for field employees
  4. Support project teams and collaborate with administrative staff and field personnel
  5. Manage office supply inventory and equipment
  6. Prepare reports, job costing data, and budget summaries
  7. Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and documentation
Qualifications
