Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable (vendors and suppliers only, no subcontractors)
    • Collecting Field Tickets from the Job Sites
    • Match Field Tickets to Invoices and Verify Quantities Match
    • Verify Invoiced Pricing Matches Quotes
    • Cost Coding
    • Provide Copies of Invoices and Tickets for Force Account Work to Project Managers
  • Acquire and Process COI’s and W-9’s from Vendors & Subcontractors
  • Process Payroll (for 25 – 30 employees)
  • Payroll Reporting & Taxes
  • Certified Payroll (manage internal payroll and certified payroll received from subcontractors)
  • Manage Employee Benefits – 401K, Healthcare, PTO
  • Conduit for Communication between Field Employees and the Office.
  • Credit Card Expense Reports
    • Match Receipts to Statements
    • Cost Coding
    • Provide Copies of Receipts for Force Account Work to Project Managers
  • General Office & Administrative Tasks
    • Keep Office Supplies Stocked
    • Order Signs, Company Clothing, Etc.
  • Manage Employee Safety Training Logs
  • Manage Equipment Maintenance Logs

Compensation:

  • Salary - $72,800.00 to $83,200.00 depending on experience.
  • 10 Days Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Health & Dental Insurance – Eligible on September 1st
  • 401K – Eligible on September 1st

Work Schedule:

  • In Office Position. Not a Remote Position.
  • Monday – Friday, Core Working Hours 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The expectation is a minimum of 8 hours per day. With a lunch break, the Core Working hours are intended to allow some flexibility to the work schedule. If an employee cannot be present during Core Working hours, PTO must be used.
