Dann übernimm alsHead of PMO eine zentrale Schlüsselrolle mit direkter Anbindung an die Geschäftsführung. In dieser Position berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsführung und arbeitest eng mit der erweiterten Geschäftsführung zusammen.
Du führst ein siebenköpfiges Team und verantwortest anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Bau, Investitionen in Maschinen und Anlagen sowie IT im Umfeld der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
Strategische Weiterentwicklung des PMO

  • Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Projektmanagement-Organisation.
  • Du etablierst einheitliche Methoden, Standards und Tools (z. B. IPMA).
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst ein unternehmensweites, adressatengerechtes Projekt-Reporting für eine maximale Transparenz über Projektstatus, Ressourceneinsatz und Budgetentwicklung – konsistent, belastbar und steuerungsrelevant.
Führung & Teamentwicklung
