What You’ll Do
  • Personal / Team Development

    • Demonstrates the Sabel Values through behaviors; sets high personal standards for performance/conduct;

  • Client Management

    • Provide support to consultants and clients and understand business issues and related challenges of the client's organization and industry
    • Applies Technical or Business Knowledge in developing quality deliverables
    • Supports the operations of the engagement team and management while performing as an integrated team member
    • Supports development of engagement work plans, schedules, and performance meetings
    • Understands the fundamentals of client's business
    • Works with team members to anticipate and assess clients' future needs and assess solutions

    • Supports practice business development activities
    • Demonstrates knowledge of Sabel products and services
    • Identifies potential add-on work and supports proposal development
What You BringRequired
  • 5+ years of experience with PTC's Windchill PLM platform. Prior experience as a Windchill technical consultant is required, as well as having worked in a customer facing role providing process architecture design and workshop delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in the following areas: Windchill PLM architecture design and deployments.
  • Transforming existing Windchill PLM Systems, along with the tooling and techniques used to accomplish such transformational projects.
  • Legacy systems retirement and data migrations.
  • Windchill systems administration and system change control procedures.
  • Windchill PLM customization reduction efforts.
  • Specific PTC product technical skills required: Expert skill level in Windchill Business Administration, Policy Administration, Lifecycle development, Workflow definition, OIRs, and container definition.
  • Expert Knowledge in Windchill Context Strategies
  • Understanding of CAD data management and other product data content management.
  • PLM Systems integration experience. Experience in demonstrating, implementing, and supporting Creo Engineer III Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product development, manufacturing, and supply chain business processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and how they interact with a PLM system is a plus.
  • Understanding of solutions development methodologies (e.g. DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent certification to adhere to DoD IT Standards as mandated by DoDD 8570.01 and DoD 8570.01-M
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain SECRET clearance

Compensation
Compensation will be determined in partnership with the Hiring Manager and may vary based on factors such as contract and labor category alignment, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, and geographic location.
