Job description

Game creators, publishers, developers and creator-enablers are an integral part of PlayStation's ecosystem, and understanding and addressing their needs, priorities, and points of friction is essential to keeping PlayStation as the Best Place to Publish.

Join us in supporting game creators as the Creator Platform Operations & Governance Manager. This role will help build and run the operating mechanisms that connect partner insight, policy governance, product priorities and planning activity into clear decisions and accountable follow-through. The role will support established governance forums while helping scale new feedback and insight processes across the creator platform business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate policy governance and partner insight processes from intake through decision logging and follow-up.
  • Coordinate feedback loops that collect, synthesize, route and track creator, partner and platform business input.
  • Prepare concise materials framing context, impact, risks, options and recommended next steps.
  • Maintain governance registers, roadmaps, backlogs, trackers, repositories and decision records.
  • Support the scaling of operations by standardizing operating rhythms, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and improving strategic follow-through.
  • Support planning cycles by organizing inputs, dependencies, timelines and follow-through.
  • Track action owners, open decisions, risks and outcomes through to closure.
  • Create lightweight reporting and communications on progress, priorities and operating health.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years in operations, governance, product operations, strategy operations, research operations or related functions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional workflows, forums or executive operating rhythms.
  • Proven ability to support globally distributed teams, anticipating stakeholder needs and keeping work moving across time zones with clear communication and strong follow-through.
  • Strong judgment in ambiguous, sensitive or fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent written communication, synthesis and executive-level briefing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management across senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, analytical and accountable, with practical risk, dependency and action tracking experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in platforms, gaming, media, publishing, partner operations, product operations or insight operations.
  • Familiarity with partner feedback loops, voice-of-customer processes, research follow-through or planning cadences.
  • Experience maintaining registers, decision records, trackers, dashboards or governance documentation.
