This person should be extremely motivated, able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and can work independently as well as part of a team.This person will guide others in resolving complex issues; may lead functional teams or projects. Advanced knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices in the area of specialization. Solves complex problems without precedent and/or structure; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
