Job description


$17.50 Hours will include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Job Purpose or Objective(s): The VIP Representative will coordinate and perform any services related to a VIP Guest, including booking and confirming hotel reservations, checking guests in and out of the hotel, escorting and familiarizing hotel guests with their suite(s) and guest room(s), assisting hotel guests with concierge requests and services, booking internal and external reservations, and handling guest requests with the utmost, and courtesy. Must demonstrate knowledge of casino/hotel facilities and services and provide accurate information. You will report to the VIP Supervisor, Shift Manager, and Player Development Director.
Primary Tasks:
  1. You will provide personalized services to guests, focusing on known rated players and players who can be developed into high-end players.
  2. Answer customer inquiries with respect and courtesy and directing calls to appropriate casino personnel and departments.
  3. Answer phones, greets guests to foster positive and lasting relationships.
  4. You will assist Casino Hosts, and Management with hotel guest reservations and registration, hotel check-out, Concierge services/requests, to support a memorable and positive guest experience.
  5. Promote the utmost integrity and highest caliber of guest service and respect to all guests and other team members.
  6. Enter guest information into the database.
  7. Issue comps to guests following Choctaw Casino policy.
  8. Inform guests of all current and upcoming special events, promotions, and casino activities.
  9. Resolve any problem or perceived inconvenience to ensure guest satisfaction.
  10. Perform other tasks may be assigned

Job Requirements:
  • Must display and be and enjoy working with guests from all walks of life.
  • 1+ years of prior experience with events, giveaways, etc. Past casino experience in a guest-relations position is also considered.
